Build something that helps people take the first step.
Ithos Wellness is a Spokane-based digital health company building North, a private, guided first step for people who need help getting their bearings and moving toward compatible support.
North is being built for people who often wait too long to ask for help.
North is a behavioral health navigation tool designed for veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, caregivers, service-connected families, and other high-stress populations.
It helps people reflect, get oriented, understand what kind of support may fit, and move toward a compatible provider or resource when they are ready.
We are early, which means the work is real. We are building the product, the company, the provider network, the resource layer, and the trust architecture at the same time.
Mission-centered
This work has to stay grounded in the people North is meant to serve. The mission is not decoration. It shapes the product.
Practical
We need people who can build, fix, test, document, and improve. Good intentions are not enough. The product has to work.
Trust-first
North deals with sensitive moments. Every feature, message, pathway, and partnership has to protect user trust.
We are looking for builders, not passengers.
Ithos is not a place for people who need every box already built. It is a place for people who can step into ambiguity, think clearly, take ownership, and move the work forward without losing sight of the mission.
Some roles may begin as contract, part-time, or project-based work. As North grows, the right people may grow with it.
- Product builders who can turn rough needs into working tools.
- AI and software developers who care about user trust, not just features.
- Clinical and provider advisors who understand real-world behavioral health access.
- Operations and compliance support that can keep the company organized as it grows.
- Business development and partnership talent who can help bring North to employers, providers, and mission-aligned organizations.
Open roles
We will post specific openings here as they become available. Some roles may also have a separate job post with more detail.

Small team. Serious mission. Real ownership.
At this stage, every person connected to Ithos has to make the work better. We value clear thinking, follow-through, humility, and the ability to solve practical problems without making things more complicated than they need to be.
We are not trying to sound like a big company. We are trying to build a strong one.
Protect the user
People may come to North at a vulnerable moment. Their trust has to come first.
Build what works
Good ideas only matter if they become reliable tools people can actually use.
Stay grounded
This work serves real people, not abstract markets or pitch deck language.
Own your lane
Early-stage work requires people who can take responsibility and keep moving.
Help us build the doorway people are more likely to use.
North is being built for people who may not start with therapy, may not call an EAP, and may not know what kind of help fits. The work ahead is hard, but it matters.
