We Support Those Who Serve.
Human-centered AI for veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, caregivers, and service-connected families.
Ithos exists to close the gap between people who need support and the help that can actually fit them. We make the first step easier, faster, more trusted, and more human.
The system loses too many people before they ever get help.
Too many people who serve others struggle in silence when they need support most.
Veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, caregivers, and service-connected families often face long waits, poor provider matches, stigma, pride, and systems that are hard to navigate. The help may exist, but the path to it often breaks down before a person ever gets connected.
That is the gap Ithos was built to close.
Access is slow.
Finding support often means searching through disconnected options, waiting for replies, and making decisions under stress.
Fit is uncertain.
A person may technically have access to support, but still not know whether that support was built for someone like them.
People disengage.
A poor first experience does not just delay help. For many people under pressure, it ends the attempt.
Why this is personal.
Ithos Wellness was founded by Rod Price, a Marine veteran, former first responder, and longtime healthcare and operations leader who has seen this gap from more than one side.
Rod understands what it feels like to be trained to handle hard things, then reach a point where handling it alone is no longer enough.
In 2008, he reached one of the lowest points of his life and nearly gave up. What helped him move forward was grace, support, and the realization that no one should have to face that kind of darkness alone.
That experience did not become a slogan. It became a responsibility.
The mission became visible on the mountain.
In 2019, Rod launched the 55 Summits Challenge to raise awareness for veteran suicide prevention. The idea was simple, but not easy: climb 55 summits, bring people together, and use every climb to start a harder conversation about the veterans we were losing and the people still carrying things in silence.
The challenge was not about mountains for the sake of mountains. It was about showing up, step after step, with other people, for a mission that mattered.
That experience shaped the way Ithos thinks about support today. People do not always need a speech, a brochure, or another resource list. Sometimes they need someone to walk beside them long enough to help them take the next step.
Ithos Wellness, and the North platform, are the next step in that same mission.
Support should feel reachable before someone is in crisis.
Most people do not begin their support journey with perfect clarity. They begin with stress, confusion, frustration, pride, fear, or exhaustion. A system that requires them to already know the right provider, the right resource, or the right words is a system that loses people.
Support should not require perfect clarity.
People should have a place to start before they know exactly what they need.
Fit matters.
The nearest available resource is not always the right one. Context and culture matter.
The first step matters.
A poor first connection can shut the door. A trusted first step can open it.
Technology should make support more human.
AI should reduce friction, help people get oriented, and guide them toward support that fits.
Tell your story. Get your bearings. Choose a direction. Take the next step.
North is the guided support platform developed by Ithos Wellness. It is not therapy. It is not crisis care. It is a private, human-centered first step for people who may not be ready to call an EAP, search a provider directory, or explain everything from scratch.
Tell Your Story
Start with what is actually happening, in plain language, without needing to have everything figured out.
Get Your Bearings
North helps organize the situation, reflect back what may matter most, and make the next step feel less overwhelming.
Choose a Direction
Explore possible pathways, including therapy, peer support, community resources, VA navigation, or employer support.
Take the Next Step
Move toward the provider, peer support, resource, or action that fits the person and the situation.
High-functioning is not the same thing as fully supported. The gap between those two things is where a lot of people spend years of their lives.
Rod Price, Founder and CEO, Ithos WellnessIthos exists to build a better path.
Every day, people give up before they ever receive the help they need. Not because they are weak. Not because they do not care. Not because support does not exist.
They give up because the path is too hard, too slow, too generic, or too disconnected from who they are.
We support those who serve.
